Key Responsibilities
- Conduct educational calls to advise members on benefits and services, completing health needs assessments
- Encourage members to comply with care plans and assist in scheduling appointments
- Manage system work queues and screen members for eligibility and case activities
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in education, communication, or health-related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience managing multiple tasks and setting priorities
