Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with enterprise customers from late-stage sales through onboarding and implementation
- Collaborate with engineering to co-design features and translate customer feedback into product priorities
- Drive account expansion by identifying new use cases and serve as the internal voice of the customer
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, or implementation at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with technical products, preferably in AI/ML, developer tools, or data platforms
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and product managers, addressing both technical and business needs
- Experience in leading executive conversations and navigating complex customer organizations
- Startup-minded with a bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity
