  • Focus on quality and first-call resolution, minimizing processing time to help clients achieve their goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience handling complex customer interactions from support to resolution
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule during specified hours, both during and after training
  • Must have a private, secure work area with reliable power and high-speed internet
