Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized call experiences by building rapport with diverse callers and resolving issues from start to finish
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while engaging callers with positive and concise communication
- Focus on quality and first-call resolution, minimizing processing time to help clients achieve their goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
- Experience handling complex customer interactions from support to resolution
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work a full-time schedule during specified hours, both during and after training
- Must have a private, secure work area with reliable power and high-speed internet
