Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payer Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new clients and ensure timely completion of payer enrollments and revalidations
• Follow up on claims and eligibility issues, acting as a point of contact for assigned clients
• Build relationships with key client decision makers and collaborate with internal teams on implementation and billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• EMS experience and/or knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of lockboxes and ticketing systems is preferred
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to learn new computer systems and software
