Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a compassionate voice and problem solver for Financial Professionals and their clients
- Advocate for policyholders by addressing their unique needs and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and educate clients on policy benefits while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
- Experience with life insurance products and/or Series 6 license preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to company policies and procedures
