A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
  • Maintain presence at the desk for the duration of the shift
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Pass a background check
