Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits CSR - Bilingual Pipeline ONLY.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish and English client members with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans
• Provide high-quality service via phone, chat, and message center while translating complex plan information
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and document call and case notes professionally

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Excellent Spanish language skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Able to work autonomously and follow a structured work schedule
• Experience using Microsoft Office is required
• High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
