GAP Claims Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GAP Claims Processor to handle insurance claims processing and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify coverage, set up new claims, and assign adjusters, appraisers, or vendors
• Document claims, handle correspondence, and upload imaging documents into the claims system
• Review claims statuses, reconcile weekly claim reserves, and perform other daily activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably in auto insurance
• Basic knowledge of word processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to type 45 WPM accurately
