Job Summary
A company is looking for a New Business Case Manager to provide support to key business partners in the life insurance process.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate underwriting offers and manage components of the new business process
- Proactively communicate with advisors and ensure timely progression of cases from submission to placement
- Serve as a single point of contact for customers, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring superior service
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the life insurance process, including permanent and term products
- Experience with desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Smart Office and Salesforce.com is a plus
- Critical thinking skills to identify and troubleshoot complex problems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing critical deliverables
- Experience in employee training and mentoring may be required
