Job Summary

A company is looking for an Owner Relations Agent to join their Customer Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding issues such as revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P
  • Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow up on outstanding unresolved inquiries
  • Build relationships and trust through client interactions while managing difficult or emotional situations


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-5 years of industry-related experience and/or training in revenue accounting, land, JIB, A/P, regulatory, marketing, or production
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients effectively
