Telecommunications Activations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Activations Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete activations for external customers, including new installs and disconnects
• Partner with departments to troubleshoot activations and post-activation issues
• Manage the assigned queue to maintain service level objectives and support network infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Telecommunications or relevant field of study/work
• Minimum of 1 certification in related telecom or networking fields
• Fundamental knowledge of the OSI model and Ethernet
• Exposure to Network Design (LAN, WAN, and ISP) and troubleshooting
• Must be able to work 3rd Shift (11pm-8am)
