Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming calls to the NOC and processes them according to agency protocol
- Enters demographic information into software systems and routes calls to appropriate personnel
- Acts as a liaison for patient needs and provides general information to callers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (three years of relevant call center or customer experience may substitute)
- Experience with CCF EPIC is preferred
- One month of on-the-job training after selection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Manual dexterity for basic job functions and normal or corrected vision, hearing, and speech required
