Field Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide end-user support in Albuquerque, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support and run break-fix and IMAC calls
• Support printer, laptop, server, network, and other technological devices
• Ensure troubleshooting and maintenance services meet all service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred
• Prior printer experience preferred
• Hands-on hardware repair experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• A+ certification is a plus
