A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II Operations, non-surge, remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking and information gathering
- Maintain knowledge of CDC procedures and policies to assist with inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service or call center experience
- Must be able to work from home and comply with remote working policies
- Experience with PC, MS Word, and Outlook is required
- Flexibility to work alternate schedules, including holidays and weekends
