Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Administrator to manage account assignments in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agent assignments
  • Update accounts with new client information and communicate escalated issues
  • Facilitate the recovery of assigned collateral while demonstrating product and service knowledge
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
  • Experience with collateral repossession and related fields is beneficial
