Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to members while understanding their needs
- Perform member account maintenance and provide technical support for electronic services
- Maintain member records and ensure confidentiality while meeting productivity and quality goals
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or related role
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
