Job Summary

A company is looking for an APD/PD Auto Adjuster - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess claims to determine coverage, liability, and extent of damages
• Conduct thorough investigations and negotiate/resolve claims throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry standards while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications and Education

• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required, with the ability to obtain necessary licensing within 60 days of hire
• 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Auto Insurance, specializing in adjusting auto claims of low to moderate complexity
• Ability to determine liability and coverage on complex claims
• Familiarity with estimating platforms for material damage claims
• Experience working in a high production environment utilizing various technology solutions
