Job Summary
A company is looking for a Semiconductor Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for customers on Semiconductor Products via phone and email
- Utilize support systems/tools and technical knowledge to remotely resolve customer problems
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- AAS degree in Electronics
- Demonstrated understanding of schematics/datasheets for semiconductor device functionality
- Product support experience in the semiconductor industry
- Electrical circuit design experience
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in technical customer service, preferably in a semiconductor environment
