Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with advisors and clients to resolve inquiries and provide timely support
- Manage account activities and ensure timely service delivery by collaborating with internal departments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client management systems
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
- 1+ years of experience using the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e. SIE, Series 7 and 66)
- Strong background in client service
- Self-motivated and driven to take initiative
