Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients via email and phone to address their needs and follow up on inquiries
• Verify delivery information and ensure proper documentation before processing orders
• Identify trends to improve efficiency and assist in achieving departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or customer service roles
• For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience required
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment preferred
