A company is looking for a Support Engineer (EMEA - Weekends).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely responses to support cases across various topics, including billing and implementation inquiries
- Triage support cases by directing users to resources or escalating issues as necessary
- Monitor feedback channels and identify opportunities for improving support efficiency through internal tooling
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically providing developer support
- Proficient in SQL, preferably PostgreSQL, with comfort in complex queries
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and command line usage
- Familiarity with GitHub Issues and Discussions
- A degree in Computer Science is a plus
