Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to lead customer relationships and ensure successful product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives
- Collaborate with customers to create and implement a customer success plan, tracking progress towards goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage the customer lifecycle and drive renewal and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused role within an enterprise technology company, preferably in security technologies
- Strong technical knowledge of information security software; presales experience is a plus
- Understanding of customer success principles and the customer lifecycle
- Experience with customer relationship development and a passion for customer success
