Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant Healthguide Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and mentoring a team of remote medical assistants conducting patient outreach
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards
• Overseeing patient engagement strategies and addressing barriers to care

Required Qualifications

• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent clinical background
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including patient outreach or care coordination
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong understanding of social determinants of health and barriers to healthcare access
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms
