Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the customer experience with products, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and challenges to provide tailored applications of Antenna data
- Collaborate with the commercial team to expand customer relationships and track customer health metrics
Required Qualifications
- Strong track record in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a high-growth startup
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with a history of exceeding retention quotas
- Experience managing a large book of business
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity
- Bonus: Familiarity with the subscriber economy and viewership data
