Job Summary

  • Collaborate with the commercial team to expand customer relationships and track customer health metrics


Required Qualifications
  • Strong track record in customer success or account management roles, preferably in a high-growth startup
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a history of exceeding retention quotas
  • Experience managing a large book of business
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the subscriber economy and viewership data
