Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supplier Maintenance Senior Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reporting and metrics for the 1099 tax process and oversee the Miscellaneous Payments process
- Manage the Supplier Registration/Supplier Portal and review Non-Resident Alien requests
- Provide customer service to university personnel and suppliers, and communicate updates to management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of professional experience, including one year in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain professional relationships
