A company is looking for a Health Coach Supervisor to lead and support a team of Health Coaches while delivering expert health coaching to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions with patients using motivational interviewing and evidence-based interventions
• Provide mentorship and professional development for the health coaching team
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize patient outcomes and team performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in health coaching, patient education, or chronic disease management
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Active health coaching certification or relevant medical certification
• Strong background in behavior change techniques and patient engagement
• Experience in developing training programs and coaching materials
