Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant-Extended Hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and inquiries through various channels in a call center environment
• Process reservations for travel services including airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to fulfill travel requests while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years' corporate travel experience
• Knowledge of travel agency operations
• Ability to work shifts to cover extended hours
• Advanced knowledge of the Sabre reservation system
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
