Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor Specialty Pharmacy (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct performance reviews and manage departmental goals, including quality and process improvement
- Oversee patient care issue resolution and training within the Patient Care contact center
- Establish and refine standard operating procedures to enhance service levels
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing, health care, or related area of study; or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience as a Patient Care Advisor or in a health care contact center environment
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in leading and developing a team
- Responsible for departmental budget oversight and team performance management
