Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Support Specialist - Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Tier 2 customer support via ticket and phone/video conferencing channels, providing chat support during peak periods
  • Serve as a mentor to Tier 1 team members, contributing to team growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain awareness of support SLAs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer support or technical roles
  • Basic understanding of SQL required; ability to write simple queries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment preferred
