Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale its global Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global Customer Success strategy to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
- Lead and grow a high-impact team of Customer Success Managers, defining KPIs and career development paths
- Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring proactive engagement and satisfaction while driving retention and growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading customer success in a fast-growing SaaS or software company
- 15+ years of experience with B2B SaaS products in client-facing roles
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving improvements in customer metrics
- Strong understanding of customer journey design and lifecycle management
- Experience in private equity-backed and high-growth environments is preferable
