Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global Customer Success strategy to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
  • Lead and grow a high-impact team of Customer Success Managers, defining KPIs and career development paths
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring proactive engagement and satisfaction while driving retention and growth


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading customer success in a fast-growing SaaS or software company
  • 15+ years of experience with B2B SaaS products in client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving improvements in customer metrics
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design and lifecycle management
  • Experience in private equity-backed and high-growth environments is preferable
