Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive situations and work under stress
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
