Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervising Mental Health Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision and guidance to assigned staff
• Monitors staff performance and compliance with continuing education requirements
• Handles requests for service and offers appropriate support and referrals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant social or health care field
• One year of full-time experience in a behavioral health setting
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work (if applicable)
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
