A company is looking for an Intake Specialist (Client Service Sales) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking SSD/SSI assistance
- Handle 150 - 200 calls per day and sign up 4 new cases daily
- Maintain updated records and detailed documentation of client interactions in a paperless system
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Degree preferred or equivalent combination
- Experience in call center and customer service
- Ability to meet performance standards in a remote work environment
- Knowledge of computer technology and the Internet, including MS Office
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
