Job Summary
A company is looking for an EAP Worklife Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for employee assistance and behavioral health benefits by assessing client needs and communicating relevant information
- Utilize screening tools to identify urgent clinical needs and manage member interactions with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Document member information accurately and maintain compliance with policies and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience
- 1 year of experience in a social, psychological, or human service field providing client support
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work Sun-Thurs 3p-1130p Eastern
