A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses and their relationship commerce program objectives
- Build solid relationships with client stakeholders and anticipate customer needs to manage project plans effectively
- Educate customers on best practices and conduct business reviews to provide data-backed recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of customer/vendor management experience, preferably in SaaS retail-tech or mar-tech
- Experience in project management of complex initiatives from inception to evaluation
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce, BigCommerce, and Magento
- BS/BA degree required
- Advanced skills in Google Suite
