Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services
- Document customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in assistive technology (JAWS and/or Zoom Text) is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, Texas
