A company is looking for a General Liability Claim Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, investigate, and settle or decline GLPD claims efficiently
• Handle moderate-to-high complexity commercial general liability losses, including litigated claims
• Manage claims-related expenses and establish indemnity and expense reserves throughout the claim process

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of claims handling experience, preferably in commercial general liability
• Experience adjusting litigated files
• State licensure as required
