Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client integration into the payment platform
- Provide ongoing support and education on the payment system, troubleshoot issues, and manage internal communications regarding escalated support matters
- Gather and process necessary documentation for merchant setup and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in payments or merchant and customer services
- Aptitude for learning online payment solutions related to the company's software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working remotely with strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
