A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Retention Representative to join their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding insurance coverage and policy maintenance
- Assist customers intending to cancel their coverage by explaining the importance of retention
- Document customer interactions and provide accurate information about policy benefits and premiums
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
