Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Retention Representative to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding insurance coverage and policy maintenance
  • Assist customers intending to cancel their coverage by explaining the importance of retention
  • Document customer interactions and provide accurate information about policy benefits and premiums
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
  • Customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
