A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone communications, including answering and directing calls and providing client support
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys
- Maintain accurate client information and manage filing systems for efficient document organization
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Secretary is a plus
- Familiarity with general office equipment and proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and practice management software (Clio and HubSpot preferred)
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
