Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone communications, including answering and directing calls and providing client support
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and attorneys
  • Maintain accurate client information and manage filing systems for efficient document organization
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Secretary is a plus
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and practice management software (Clio and HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
