A company is looking for a Remote Client Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding report status and general requests
- Utilize systems for data entry and retrieval, and maintain communication with the QA department
- Perform clerical duties including filing, documentation, and assisting in customer complaint resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general office equipment
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
