Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Representative - Sr. Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves tickets within SLA related to operations and end-user requests
- Provides basic desktop support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, network, and telecommunications systems
- Trains and coaches less experienced team members
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
- Ability to support 24x7x365 on-call rotation
- Experience in troubleshooting complex issues
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
