Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Representative - Sr. Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoots and resolves tickets within SLA related to operations and end-user requests
  • Provides basic desktop support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, network, and telecommunications systems
  • Trains and coaches less experienced team members
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
  • Ability to support 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex issues
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
