Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities related to residential warranty claims, including research, investigation, and resolution
• Provide timely and empathetic investigation and resolution of customer concerns and disputes
• Maintain close relationships with internal and external customers to ensure a seamless claim experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience
• Proficiency in Google Business Suites
• This position requires in-office work Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Friday
