A company is looking for a Client Success & Growth Manager to enhance client experience and drive business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications and onboarding of clients in APAC
- Anticipate client issues and partner with internal teams for successful implementations
- Support business development by identifying and qualifying new leads across the region
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client success and business development in a B2B technology company
- Experience with SaaS or self-service platforms is highly valued
- Experience working with asset managers or institutional investors is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demos
