A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - NAMER.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through various communication channels while adhering to SLAs
- Resolve complex technical issues and partner with Technical Support Specialists on challenging cases
- Document solutions and contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS/Tech environment
- 2+ years in a Tier 3 or Tier 4 technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture
- Familiarity with APIs, relational databases, and IAM protocols
