Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Care Navigator, Substance Use Disorder (SUD).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise a team of Clinical SUD Navigators, managing workloads and providing performance feedback
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care and compliance
• Provide expert-level clinical support, including complex case management and crisis intervention

Required Qualifications

• Mental Health Licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, LPC with 4+ years of experience in SUD clinical care
• Expertise in motivational interviewing and triage, along with advanced leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in supervising teams and ensuring quality assurance
• Strong track record of working with diverse populations and fostering an inclusive work environment
• Proficient in various computer platforms and capable of training others in tech-related tasks
