Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Liaison to provide support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
- Schedule travel and logistics for patients in clinical trials, managing arrangements and addressing travel issues
- Process expense reimbursements for patients and train study site personnel on using the online portal
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
- Experience working with multiple independent vendors to meet deadlines
- Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
