Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk professional to provide remote technical support for a Federal client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote technical support to federal clients with 24x7 coverage in shifts
  • Document problems and maintain related documentation for incidents and project tasks
  • Ensure proactive communication with customers and team members to mitigate issues
Required Qualifications:
  • BS/degree from an accredited college (preferred)
  • Experience managing customer expectations and delivering high-quality customer service
