A company is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk professional to provide remote technical support for a Federal client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to federal clients with 24x7 coverage in shifts
- Document problems and maintain related documentation for incidents and project tasks
- Ensure proactive communication with customers and team members to mitigate issues
Required Qualifications:
- BS/degree from an accredited college (preferred)
