Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the adoption of their fleet management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to assess their goals and ensure proper account setup and implementation support
- Track onboarding tasks against a schedule and coordinate with internal staff to meet milestones
- Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes while sharing customer feedback with various teams
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a SaaS environment
- Experience with project management tools (Gainsight), CRM systems (Salesforce), and online project management tools (Asana)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with manipulating large amounts of data
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Empathetic approach to customer service and a passion for organization and process improvement
