Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to Collection Representatives
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and laws while overseeing team performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 1-2 years of previous supervisory experience preferred
• 2+ years in the collection industry or related field
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills required
• Knowledge of MS Office programs preferred
